Role – DOT NET Developer (Banking & Payments)
You will build and maintain backend and web applications in .NET for banking/payment use-cases. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing APIs, integrating payment systems (ACH, WPS, RTGS etc.), generating reports, working with both internal and external systems, ensuring security, performance, and accuracy in transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance .NET-based web and backend applications.
Design and implement SOAP & RESTful services, JSON endpoints; integrative work with banking systems.
Collaborate with business analysts / team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Build and maintain reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports.
Work on integrations like ACH, WPS, RTGS; ensure secure & compliant transaction flows.
Maintain Windows services if needed; manage both production and UAT environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensure high performance, scalability and security in applications.
Required Qualifications & Skills
4-9 years experience in .NET development, especially in banking / payments domain.
Proficient with ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC), .NET Core, C#, VB.NET as applicable.
Good understanding of web services (SOAP, REST), JSON, APIs.
Experience with SQL Server, PL/SQL; working with reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports.
Good problem-solving skills, ability to handle production / UAT environments.
Knowledge of payment systems & financial operations is a big plus.
Salary & Market Insight
