Experience: Around 5-8 years of HR experience, including in UAE or GCC region; experience with generalist HR duties and employee relations

Role – Senior HR Advisor
You will serve as a trusted HR partner to management and employees. Your duties include overseeing the full employment lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation, exit processes, and everything in between. You will handle employee relations, assist in policy development, ensure HR compliance, and contribute to organizational culture and engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, performance appraisals, offboarding.
Guide managers & employees on employee relations issues: grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution.
Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, ensuring alignment with UAE labor law and best practice.
Support performance management systems: define KPIs, coaching line managers, ensuring reviews are timely and fair.
Collaborate with L&D or Learning teams to spot skill gaps; recommend / coordinate appropriate training.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, visa / immigration regulations, labor law updates.
Maintain HR metrics & reporting (turnover, retention, satisfaction etc.), provide insights & recommendations to leadership.
Support compensation & benefits processes: market benchmarking, review of benefits, ensuring competitiveness.
Assist with change management, HR projects, or organizational development initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certifications (e.g. SHRM / CIPD) a plus.
5-8 years+ of HR generalist experience; at least some experience in the UAE or GCC.
Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and HR regulatory environment.
Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational, and time-management skills.
Good numerical & data skills; ability to work with HRIS, Excel & reporting tools.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
