Job Overview

  • Experience: 5+ years proven experience as a Business Development Manager in cyber-security sales; strong track record in client acquisition & growth.

Role – What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for driving new business in cybersecurity, maintaining and growing strategic accounts, achieving sales targets, and acting as a key point of contact for client relationships. The role demands high energy, strong negotiation skills, sales performance tracking, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions on time and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts; drive revenue growth and ensure long-term client success.

  • Achieve personal and team sales targets, set account goals aligned with company objectives.

  • Monitor sales metrics and forecasts (quarterly, annual); propose corrective actions when needed.

  • Build positive relationships with clients; respond to needs and resolve conflicts or issues promptly.

  • Supervise or support account reps; ensure sales performance is increasing.

  • Use CRM tools & MS Office (especially Excel) to manage pipeline, reporting, and customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in cyber-security or related tech security domain.

  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics, excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

  • Business acumen: ability to identify growth opportunities, solve customer problems, and deliver solutions in a consultative manner.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and strong skills in MS Excel & other office tools.

  • Hands-on sales experience; customer-centric approach.
