Role – Customer Care Trainee
As a Customer Care Trainee, you will support the customer care team to deliver positive, luxury retail customer experiences. Your role involves handling customer inquiries, assisting with orders, returns, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly. You’ll also contribute to record-keeping, collaborating with internal teams, and growing skills through training and day-to-day service work.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat or in-store in a professional, timely manner.
Assist with order tracking, product information, returns, exchanges, or complaints, escalating when necessary.
Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately.
Work with internal stakeholders (retail, CRM, logistics etc.) to ensure orders or returns are processed smoothly.
Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge, company systems, and customer experience practices.
Identify ways to personalize support and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Recent graduate or equivalent; a background in retail/customer service is helpful but not required.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written), especially in English; other languages (e.g. Arabic) are a plus.
Customer-centric mindset: friendly, patient, problem solver.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers; ability to learn customer support tools, CRM etc.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-up.
