Role – Director of Sales & Marketing
You will define and execute the sales & marketing strategy in alignment with company goals. Oversee brand positioning, demand generation, sales pipeline, customer acquisition & retention, team leadership, marketing campaigns, and revenue targets. Your role will merge strategic vision with hands-on performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall Sales & Marketing strategy: define target segments, pricing, channels, branding, and positioning.
Set ambitious revenue, sales, and marketing targets and monitor performance using KPIs.
Oversee B2B and/or B2C sales operations: lead generation, account management, channel development.
Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, events, PR) to build brand awareness and drive leads.
Collaborate with product, operations, customer service, finance to ensure consistency and alignment across customer journey.
Manage team of sales leaders, marketing specialists, creatives; hire, mentor, and develop talent.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights; adapt strategy accordingly.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation; ensure return on investment from all sales & marketing spend.
Build strategic partnerships, negotiate major deals, and manage key client relationships.
Use data, analytics and performance reports to refine approaches, optimize funnel & conversion, and improve revenue margins.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Significant leadership experience (8-12+ years) in sales & marketing with proven results.
Prior experience managing revenue growth, brand building, and cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen: ability to set strategy, forecast, analyze, and drive impact.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, sales platforms / CRMs, analytics dashboards.
Experience in the UAE / GCC market is a plus.
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment; comfortable with both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
