Job Overview

• Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Lead

• Education: High school diploma; additional qualification in fashion, retail, or styling is a plus

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail or styling role preferred

Role – Fashion Consultant

You will be the face of our store, offering styling advice, helping customers pick outfits, suggesting combinations, and ensuring they leave satisfied. You’ll also help maintain the store’s image, assist with merchandising, and contribute toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their style preferences and needs

• Provide personalised styling advice — outfit coordination, accessories, product pairing

• Keep up with the latest fashion trends to offer knowledgeable suggestions

• Assist customers through the sales process; help with fitting rooms, sizing, and product info

• Maintain store presentation: cleanliness, visual merchandising, product displays

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets; help store in overall sales goals

• Handle customer queries, complaints, or returns with professionalism

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail or styling / personal shopping

• Good knowledge of fashion trends and brands

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service mindset; ability to build rapport with customers

• Presentable appearance and fashion sensibility

• Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays
