Role – Sales Manager
You’ll be responsible for leading the sales team, defining sales strategies, overseeing key accounts, and delivering revenue targets. This role demands someone with both strategic and hands-on ability, capable of forecasting, mentoring, and driving results across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
Lead and manage a sales team: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Set sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and monitor team performance.
Manage relationships with key accounts; maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities & channels; drive pipeline growth.
Collaborate with marketing to develop sales-enablement materials, promotions, and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports and present performance & forecasts to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (5-8 years) in sales, including leadership of sales teams.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset combined with ability to execute.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze data & market trends to make informed decisions.
Adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving in fast-paced business environments.
