Role – Sales Manager

You’ll be responsible for leading the sales team, defining sales strategies, overseeing key accounts, and delivering revenue targets. This role demands someone with both strategic and hands-on ability, capable of forecasting, mentoring, and driving results across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.

  • Lead and manage a sales team: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Set sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and monitor team performance.

  • Manage relationships with key accounts; maintain client satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities & channels; drive pipeline growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in sales, including leadership of sales teams.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic mindset combined with ability to execute.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to analyze data & market trends to make informed decisions.

  • Adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving in fast-paced business environments.
