Role – Real Estate Admin
You’ll be the backbone of our admin and operations team. From keeping property listings current, helping agents and clients with documentation, scheduling viewings to managing marketing support — you’ll ensure deals and listings move smoothly and clients are well-informed.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update property listings on portals and internal systems.
Coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and schedules for agents.
Prepare, organize, and file documentation related to sales, leases, and client transactions.
Support marketing efforts: prepare promotional materials, upload images, assist social media / email content as needed.
Respond to client inquiries and assist them with basic information about properties.
Assist agents in drafting MOUs / contracts / lease agreements or forwarding to legal.
Maintain organized record-keeping, ensure compliance with local real estate regulations.
Generate periodic reports for management: listing status, leasing/sales activity, pending tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of proven experience in real estate admin, property management or similar administrative role.
Good understanding of real estate processes and terminology.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or real estate softwares is a plus.
Clear communication skills (written & verbal) in English; knowledge of Arabic or another language is beneficial.
Attention to detail, proactive approach, and good customer service mindset.
