Role – Recruitment Associate
As a Recruitment Associate at Aswaar Consulting, you will be crucial in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Your day-to-day will include handling interview schedules, preparing recruitment materials, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a smooth, timely hiring workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment logistics: schedule interviews, prepare candidate documents, and maintain status updates.
Assist with drafting job postings and navigating internal approval processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners at various stages of hiring.
Maintain accurate records in HR systems or ATS.
Prepare routine reports and metrics to support recruitment insights and decision-making.
Assist with vendor payment processing and maintain documentation per procurement requirements.
Respond to internal/external inquiries professionally and manage templates and communication materials.
Participate in process improvement / special HR / recruitment projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR admin support roles
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS / HRIS tools is a plus
Ability to manage confidential info with discretion
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
