Role – Asset Leasing Executive

You will be responsible for managing leasing operations, conducting market research to identify potential tenants, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants & landlords. Your work will contribute directly to maximizing the value of our asset portfolio and achieving occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate lease terms.

• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documentation.

• Maintain and manage relationships with existing tenants and landlords.

• Conduct market research to benchmark rental rates and competitive offers.

• Monitor asset performance and report on occupancy, rental income, delinquency.

• Coordinate with marketing to promote available assets.

• Ensure compliance with lease terms, asset maintenance, and landlord requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in asset leasing, property management, or real estate.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of leasing contracts and legal requirements.

• Ability to perform market analysis, understand asset valuation, and pricing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with property management or leasing systems is a plus.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
