Role – IT Support Specialist
You will be responsible for resolving IT issues, supporting end-users, maintaining hardware & software systems, and ensuring high uptime and efficient IT services. Your work will ensure the rest of the company can operate without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software installations.
Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and escalate issues when needed.
Assist with setting up and maintaining infrastructure (cabling, network devices, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of issues (ticketing system), solutions, and assets.
Ensure security practices are followed, assist with backups & data protection tasks.
Support IT projects like roll-outs, upgrades, or migrations as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
2-4 years of experience in an IT support / helpdesk environment.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows / macOS), common business software, and basic networking.
Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
Familiarity with ticketing systems & supporting users remotely.
