Interior Design Project Manager – Careers at J10 Consulting, Dubai

Do you have a passion for high-end interiors and enjoy leading luxury residential fit-out projects? J10 Consulting is looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to join a Design-&-Build contracting team in Dubai, UAE. You’ll be driving upscale residential interior projects from design through to handover, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage luxury residential interior fit-out projects from design finalization through to handover.

• Oversee design review, site supervision, and ensure execution aligns with high-spec drawings & standards.

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality performance.

• Maintain client communications, handle project meetings to report status, risks, and solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out / residential interior design projects, including luxury/high spec works.

• At least 2 years working in the UAE on residential interior design/fit-out.

• Experience in a consultancy or contracting company, leading projects of high value.

• Familiarity with UAE regulatory approvals (e.g. DDA / Trakhees) or local authority procedures.

• Strong leadership, ability to manage teams & multiple stakeholders; proactive, hands-on, with high attention to detail.
