We are hiring an Analytics Engineer to join a fast-paced analytics & data team in Dubai. If you have a strong foundation in data engineering, analytics, and enjoy turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain data pipelines & ETL processes that collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis.

• Create dashboards/visualizations to help stakeholders understand key metrics and trends.

• Work with business, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into data models.

• Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity across datasets; troubleshoot data issues.

• Optimize performance of queries and data workflows; handle large datasets efficiently.

• Possibly contribute to setting up analytics infrastructure, tools, and best practices.

Analytics Engineer

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, writing complex queries & optimizing them.

• Experience with at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for dashboarding/visualization.

• Familiarity with data pipeline tools / ETL frameworks (could be Python scripts, Airflow, etc.).

• Good analytical mindset; ability to understand business context and derive insights.

• Detail-oriented, with good communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
