Location: Qatar | Full-Time | Reports to Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute overall Treasury Back Office operations for Group 1 companies.
Oversee Treasury Reporting and Accounting activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate secure payments and settlements related to Treasury financings and deals.
Act as the main point of contact for Internal Audit, External Audit, and State Bureau Audit engagements.
Collaborate with finance and operational teams to maintain robust control over Treasury transactions.
Utilize advanced ERP systems and business intelligence tools for reporting and process efficiency.
Lead and coach team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Accounting, or related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CMA are highly desirable.
10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance within medium to large organizations.
Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in computerized business environments, including MS PowerBI, MS Office, and SAP TRM or equivalent advanced ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
