Key Responsibilities:
Lead the digital strategy integrating AI, e-commerce, and data intelligence.
Head cross-functional teams: tech, product, CRM, martech, and data.
Scale AI-powered commerce: personalization, predictive pricing, CDPs.
Optimize DTC platforms and omnichannel performance in multiple regions.
Build and enhance analytics and tech infrastructure for future growth.
Drive digital talent hiring and development.
Partner with CEO and executive board on strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience in digital/e-commerce/technology.
Strong exposure to fashion, lifestyle, or retail-tech industries.
Proven application of AI/ML in commerce and digital marketing.
Technical knowledge of MACH architecture, headless commerce, CDPs.
International outlook; relocation to Warsaw required.
Fluent in English (Polish is a plus, not mandatory).
Compensation & Benefits:
€200,000–€250,000 gross annual compensation / $220,000–$250,000 USD equivalent.
